How to use

1.Open the Can
Twist open the can to access the pouches inside. Some cans include a catch lid for used pouches.

2.Place the Pouch Under Your Upper Lip
Gently place one pouch between your upper lip and gum, preferably off to the side for comfort.

3.Enjoy the Nicotine Release
You’ll feel a tingling sensation as the nicotine is absorbed. Keep the pouch in place for 20 to 45 minutes, depending on your comfort and desired effect.

4.Dispose of the Used Pouch
Once done, remove the pouch and throw it in the trash. Many cans have a compartment to store used pouches until you find a bin.
